       - Lunge x 12      
* 5 hareketi aralarda 30-60 sn dinlenerek sırayla yapmalısınız. Bunu 3 tura tamamlamalısınız.
       - Crunch 2 x 20   
      - Bicycle Crunch 2 x 20
      - Leg raise 2 x 20
