Another great workout technique to build your arms and chest.
A simple but effective routine:• Get into push up position, dumbbell in each hand placed
on the floor
• Keeping your head neutral and core tight to create
a straight line with your body
• Bend your arms to lower your chest towards the floor
• Press up into full extension
• When fully extended, row one dumbbell up until it is level
with your ribcage
• Slowly place dumbbell back to ground
• Repeat, alternating your row arm with each rep for 3 sets
of 20 repetitions
