CHANGES TO FLIGHTS TO GREECE DUE TO STRIKE [Wednesday and Thursday]

Flight cancellations and changes in the hours of others for today Wednesday and tomorrow Thursday announced by Aegean due to strike measures in Greece involving both air traffic controllers, as well as the Federation of Civil Aviation Service Associations.

The measures relate to work stoppages from 08:00 to 12:00 local time on Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 October 2020. In total, AEGEAN and Olympic Air are forced to modify the departure time to 39 strands of international flights and 80 domestic flights, while cancelling 8 domestic and 6 international flights.

These include flights from Larnaca to Athens and Athens to Larnaca, namely:

The flight departure time is amended today, Wednesday 7 October as follows:

-OA 901 from Larnaca to Athens instead of departing at 05:10 will depart at 04:05

Also, earlier today, OA 902 flight from Athens to Larnaca at 08:10 was set at 07:10 and OA 903 flight from Larnaca to Athens instead of 10:40 was set at 11:40.

For tomorrow, October 8, OA 902 flights from Athens to Larnaca were cancelled as well as OA 903 flight from Larnaca to Athens, while OA 901 flight from Larnaca to Athens at 05:45 will take place at 04:10.
