ST MICHAEL'S HOSPICE CHARITY SHOPS - CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS AND QUALITY CLOTHING

The St.Michael's Hospice Charity shops are the major contributor to the €250,000 p.a. required to run the Archangel Michael Hospice at Mesa Chorio, which was opened in 2015. The Hospice offers completely free palliative and respite care in its 9 suites, including a children's suite, which is decorated in bright colours with animals all over the walls, painted by local school children.

It is a happy place with a coffee shop, for which donations are gratefully received, 24/7 nursing staff, non denominational chapel, meeting rooms and a wrap round balcony with a sea view to make patients and relatives feel comfortable and relaxed.

The shops are always in need of volunteers and if you feel you would like to help in this most worthwhile cause, please will you contact one of the shop managers below?

We are also in need of donations of clothing throughout the year, so if you can help with clean, quality clothes, please think of us. You will always receive a friendly and grateful welcome.

About Us

St. Michael’s Hospice Charity is an independent organisation that was formed originally to assist with the provision of funds for the completion of the Archangel Michael Hospice which opened in June 2015. Now our focus is on the daily operational costs of the Archangel Michael Hospice (originally planned to be called St. Michael’s).

The core focus of this registered in Cyprus charity (No. 3270) is to seek financial support from businesses and other bodies in addition to organising all manner of fund-raising events.

Now that the hospice is complete we continue to raise funds for the day to day running of the Hospice something which will provide a much needed facility in Paphos and in the wider Cyprus in general.
