Spotted over the weekend 17/18 September in the area near to the Football Pitch in Tala, a young couple who appeared to be taking photos of villas with a mobile phone. They walked on when spotted. Their behaviour could be quite innocent, but if you see this couple and are able to take a discreet photo or obtain the registration number and description of any vehicle or transport they are using, the Police will then be able to investigate further.
The Police patrols have been made aware of this couple.
Description:
- young girl, long blond hair, slim build
- young man, short hair, peaked cap, wearing Hawaian shorts
Possibly both Eastern European
In the same area, but possibly unconnected, there have been thefts of door mats, plant pots, garden ornaments, and the like - the theft of the door mats could be to see which are replaced so there is an indication of whether a property is occupied or not.
