Following yesterday's decisions of the Council of Ministers to implement emergency measures to intercept the course of the coronavirus pandemic, it is recalled that the measure to serve people over 60 and people with disabilities in retail food premises in Cyprus remains in force from the time of their start of operation until 9 a.m.
In particular, the regulation concerns the following areas:
- Supermarkets
- Fruit shops,
- Mini-market,
- Butchers
- Fish
- Grocers
- Pharmacies.
Please note that the above arrangement does not apply to bakeries, kiosks and/or other places where the service takes place in a short period of time and there is little or no interaction between people.
