Schools, hotels and private institutes were among the places announced by the ministry of health on Sunday to have found coronavirus cases between Thursday and Saturday .
Cases were found in three private institutes in Limassol: Interlead Experts, Athinis in Episkopi and Anastasia in Limassol.
Cases were also found in the hotels Aliathon in Paphos and the Aphrodite Hills, also in Paphos.
In education, they were found at Frederick University in Limassol, the 16th nursery in Zakaki, the 8th and 20th primary schools, Neapolis gymnasium, the first and third Technical School, Lanitio Lyceum, and the American Academy all in Limassol. In Nicosia cases were found at the Pera Horio gymnasium in Nisou, the Ayia Varvara gymnasium and the Archangelos gymnasium.
In Paphos cases were found at the Panayias Theoskepastis and Apostolos Pavlou gymnasiums and the technical school of Paphos in addition to the technical school, gymnasium and lyceum in Polis Chrysochous.
Cases were also found in the second public nursery in Avgorou and Pascal private school in Larnaca.
Other cases were found in Limassol municipality, the shipping ministry, Limassol post office, traffic department Paphos, child benefit office of the ministry of labour, the courts in Larnaca and Nicosia.
Also they were found in Hellenic Bank Ayios Athanasio in Limassol; Wellnest pharmacy, Limassol; Myria Ayapiou dermatologist, Limassol; Socration Melathron old people’s home, Limassol; Nicos Karaolis physiotherapist, Limassol; Alpha Bank, Paphos; Marks and Spencer, Limassol; Gazi Live, Strovolos, Nicosia; Christoforos Tsappas doctor’s office, Limassol; and Cablenet Limassol.
All offices have been informed of cases by the epidemiological services and efforts have been undertaken to isolate cases and those named as their contacts. Instructions were also given to disinfect the areas.
