CORONAVIRUS - 29 BOOKED FOR VIOLATING MEASURES

While carrying out 914 inspections in 24 hours from Wednesday until Thursday morning, police booked 29 persons for violating coronavirus protocols.

Four were of them were owners of businesses.

In the Nicosia district, 234 checks were made, in Limassol 124, in Larnaca 145, in Paphos 152, in the Famagusta area 177 and around Morphou 82.

Most of the people were caught in Limassol, 11, while one was fined in Nicosia, five in Larnaca, four in Paphos, three in Famagusta and one in Morphou.

Of the establishments, one is in Larnaca and three are in Paphos.
