In view of the frustration and concerns that have been reasonably and justifiably raised between artists and actors of cultural and artistic productions, the Ministry of Health has decided that the measure concerning the operation of cinemas and theatres, with a maximum number of persons, 75 people indoors and 150 people outdoors, is being lifted.
It is clarified, however, that for the operation of the above sites in the Provinces of Nicosia and Limassol for the period remaining until 23 October, at 10 a.m., the regulation for occupancy applies to 50% of the capacity of the premises/spaces.
It is understood that in all cases within closed theatres, cinemas and theatre rooms, the use of a mask by spectators and staff is mandatory.
Finally, it should be recalled that the managers of the premises must ensure strict compliance with the health protocols, in order to protect both staff and spectators.
