THE WORLD'S LARGEST GLASS BRIDGE OPENED TO THE PUBLIC

Filenews 26 July 2020 -

Shocking are the images of the largest glass bridge in the world, just opened in China!

And we don't want to think about how much more shocking (scary that is...) it is to stand up there.

Certainly, it is not suitable for those who have high phobia.

The new bridge in Huachuan, southern China, is considered the largest glass bridge in the world. It is 526 meters long and wide enough for cars to cross.

Located above the Lianjiagnek River, it also has four spots open to the public, which can accommodate 500 tourists at the same time, offering the opportunity to enjoy views of the surrounding area.

It took three years and $43 million to build, according to a report in the local South China Morning Post newspaper. The bridge officially opened its gates, hosting Guinness representatives.
