Another person was in the car as a passenger, and according to the description of the vehicle, this did not have a bumper to the front.
Under circumstances being investigated, the driver of the searched car failed to stop at a signal made to him by a Police Officer for control purposes and after being driven to escape, he slightly hit the member of the Police who was on foot at the scene of the accident.
The responsible driver and the passenger left the scene in their vehicle, without providing any assistance. The police member from the medical examinations appears to have suffered a fractured arm.
