İşe midyelerle başlayalım...Taze soğanı ince ince kıyın. Kuru soğanı halka halka doğrayın. Sarımsağı bıçak ile ince dilimler halinde kesin. Hepsini yağ ile kısık ateşte yumuşatın. Üç bardak su, tuz ve isteğe göre beyaz şarap ekleyin.Kabuklu midyeleri ve kıyılmış maydonoz ilave edin. 10 dakika kadar kaynatın midyeler ağzını açacaktır...Sonra ateşten alıp midyelerin içlerini çıkarıp kabukları atıp bekletin...

Soğan,sarımsak ve küp küp balkabaklarımızı zeytinyağında 3 dakika kadar kavuralım...renkleri pembeleştiğinde 3 bardak suyumuzu ilave edelim...yarım paket makarnayı tuz ve karabiberide ekleyip kaynatalım...yaklaşık 10 dakika sonra makarnalarımızda yumuşadığında ateşten alalım...
