Plank Yapmak Ne İşe Yarar?
Plank hareketi hem fiziksel hem de psikolojik olarak önemli getiriler sağlamaktadır. Özellikle vücudun farklı kaslarını eşit oranda ve hızlı şekilde çalıştırma imkanı sağlar. Paralel olarak metabolizma hızlanır ve önemli yağ yıkımı elde edilir. Diğer yandan kaslar esner ve daha güçlü, yapılı hale gelir. Ayrıca kasların esnemesi sinirlerin gevşemesine ve stresin azalmasına olanak verir. Bütün bu sebeplerden dolayı mutlaka egzersiz yaparken plank hareketi ele alınmalıdır.
