Malzemeler

  • 3 yemek kaşığı limon suyu
  • 3 yemek kaşığı kanola yağı(ya da zeytin yağı)
  • 2 tatlı kaşığı soya sosu
  • 1/2 tatlı kaşığı kırmızı biber
  • 4 adet tavuk filetosu

Yemek Tarifi

Limon suyu, soya sosu, yağ ve toz kırmızı biberi iyice karıştırın.

Tavuk parçalarının üzerine bu karışımı sürün ve buzdolabında 15 dakika zeytinyağlı salamurada dinlendirin.

Izgarayı yüksek ısıya ayarlayıp önceden ısıtın.

Her tavuk etini şişe geçirin.

Tavukların her iki tarafını da 3'er dakika pembeliği kaybolana kadar kızartın.

Üzerlerine baharatlı sosu döküp servis edin.
