Tala Council is shown under the Ks - Koinotiko Symvoulio Talas

Click on Koinotiko Symvoulio Talas and you are then taken to a page with the Tala Council logo.
Scroll down the page - 'Click here to proceed with account payment' [in green]

Your account no is the number shown on your bill under account no but OMIT the dashes and do not leave any spaces between the numbers.

The amount payable will come up and you can then input your payment method.

Please note that the Bank information may come up in Greek only so please have Google translate handy so you can copy and paste the information shown and you understand what information the bank is asking for or what you are being instructed to do!   Alpha Bank wanted to verify the information online, with specific numbers from the PIN and expiry and date of the credit card and then sent a one-off SMS code to my mobile phone which then had to be input to verify/accept payment. 


Rates will be going onto the system in due course.   The batch of outstanding rates plus the penalty charge will be posted in due course.
