On 7 July 1994, Prince Konstantin-Assen of Bulgaria (b.5 December 1967) and doña María García de la Rasilla y Gortázar (b.13 May 1970) were married at Madrid. Konstantin is the fourth and youngest son of King Simeon II of the Bulgarians (b.1937) and his wife Queen Margarita (b.1935; Gómez-Acebo y Cejuela). Maria is the daughter of Álvaro García de la Rasilla y Pineda and his wife María de Gortázar e Ybarra. The maternal grandfather of Maria, Princess of Vidin, was Manuel María de Gortázar y Landecho, IX Conde de Superunda.

The Prince and Princess of Vidin are the parents of two children: twins Prince Umberto and Princess Sofia (b.20 November 1999). Umberto's godparents are Ramon Ros Bigeriego and his grandmother Queen Margarita; Sofia's godparents are King Felipe VI of Spain and her grandmother doña María de Gortázar e Ybarra.

Seventy-Fifth Birthday of Crown Prince Nikola of Montenegro

On 7 July 1944, Prince Nicholas (Nikola) Michael Francis of Montenegro was born at Saint-Nicolas-du-Pelem, as the only child of Prince Michael (Mihailo) of Montenegro and his wife Geneviève. Prince Mihailo (1908-1986) and Geneviève Prigent (1919-1990) had married at Paris on 27 January 1941. The pair were interned in Germany from 1941 until 1943 by the Nazis; when they were released, they returned to France, where their son was born. In 1947, Mihailo, Geneviève, and Nikola moved to Yugoslavia as Mihailo had accepted a position in Tito's Foreign Ministry - a position he left in 1948. The family then returned to Paris, where Mihailo and Geneviève's marriage ended.

Upon the couple's divorce in 1949, their son Nikola was raised by his mother and rarely saw his father. Geneviève worked as an orthoptist and raised Nikola as a single mother at Trebeurden. In 1964, Nikola became a student at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris; in 1971, he obtained a diploma in Architecture and admitted to the Société Française des Architectes.

The family returned to Montenegro in 1989 for the reburial of Nikola's great-grandfather and great-grandmother, King Nikola I and Queen Milena of Montenegro. In 2011, Crown Prince Nikola and his family were granted special status by the Montenegrin government; the legislation that was approved by the nation's parliament provides the family with an annual allowance as well as a residence in the country. Crown Prince Nikola now divides his time between Montenegro and France.

Buckingham Palace has released two photographs from Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor's christening, which took place at the Private Chapel in Windsor Castle.
Photographer Chris Allerton said: "I am honoured to take the official photographs at the christening of Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, and to once again, be part of such a special and joyous occasion for The Duke and Duchess of Sussex."
The celebration is thought to have been attended by fewer than 25 people. The Sunday Times has reported that Charlie van Straubenzee, a close friend of the Duke of Sussex, is one of Archie's godparents.

Sorta Kinda Fitness Doesn't Work
Unfortunately, many people are going about it the wrong way. In fact, you may be searching the internet right now for the newest fad diet or quick fix to fitness.
The Problem
A common problem is our thoughts about fitness and not wanting to give up unhealthy habits for healthy ones. Instead of looking at what would be gained, there is a belief that something in life is lost. That fitness is a burdensome process.This type of thinking usually leads to sorta kinda trying to get fit - guess what - sorta kinda results.
Sound familiar? You want results but just can't commit to a fit lifestyle. We often blame others and ourselves for eating off track and make excuses for missing workouts. When you give a small percentage to doing it right expect small rewards in return.
We are wasting too much time and missing too many opportunities to get healthy. Why is that? What is going on in your life where health is no longer a priority? Instead of trying to figure this out, unhealthy is accepted as the new normal. This is an unfortunate truth.
Other Factors
We have great intentions and even put in some effort to eat right and exercise - this is awesome! However, something happens to halt the process. Our mind plays negative games, you may hear a hurtful comment, or not seeing results can cause frustration.Other sorta kinda fitness factors can include:
- Partying too much with friends or at home.
- Eating unhealthy processed food half the time.
- Managing only one or two workouts per week.
- Being in denial about unhealthy habits
Resentment can also be a problem with sorta-kinda fitness. You fail to understand why you're not losing fat or not seeing muscle. This typically leads to negativity, more self-doubt, and believing fitness just can't happen for you.
Fixing the Problem
Acknowledging unhealthy habits keeping you from reaching your goals is important. If you believe nothing is wrong, nothing will change.When you honestly start taking responsibility for your health is when true fitness happens. Fitness is a lifestyle and sorta kinda just doesn't work.
Helpful tips to adopt a healthy lifestyle include:
- Stop looking for quick fixes
- Drop the diet mentality
- Remain realistic about your results
- Adopt a positive attitude
- Focus on health not weight
- Be patient with your progress
- Keep going

Michael joined two older siblings: brother Prince Edward (b.1935) and sister Princess Alexandra (b.1936). Prince Michael's father the Duke of Kent was killed in an airplane crash on 25 August 1942: his son was just seven weeks old. Princess Marina, Duchess of Kent, raised her three children as a widow; financial circumstances were sometimes tight. Prince Michael attended Eton before enrolling at Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. The prince then went on to have a military career lasting some twenty years.
In 1978, Prince Michael of Kent married Baroness Marie Christine von Reibnitz (b.1943). The couple have two children: Lord Frederick Windsor (b.1979) and Lady Gabriella Kingston (b.1981; née).
Today, Prince Michael of Kent marks his seventy-seventh birthday.
