Deniz Saypınar Kimdir?

Deniz Saypınar milli sporcu ve kişisel spor eğitmenidir. Profesyonel olarak vücut geliştirme sporu ille ilgilenmektedir. İstanbul'da yaşamaktadır. Küçük yaşlardan beri spor ile iç içe bir yaşam sürmüştür. Bir çok spor dalı ile yakından ilgilenen Saypınar daha sonra vücut geliştirme sporuna yönelmiştir. "Kadınlar herşeyi yapabilir" düşüncesi onun hayatında bir mihenk taşı olmuştur. IFBB ProCard sahipi ilk Türk kadın olarak tarihe geçmiştir.

Kim Milyoner Olmak İster? adlı yarışma programına da katılan Deniz Saypınar kendisini, yaşam biçimin ve yaptığı sporu en iyi şekilde tanıtmayı ve duyurmayı başarmıştır. Yarışmada ise 6.cı soruda elenmiştir.

Vücudunun çeşitli bölgelerinde dövmeler bulunmaktadır. Dövmeleri onun hayatına yön veren ve ona neden var olduğunu, ne için yaşadığını hatırlatan anlamlı ve önemli dövmelerdir.

Sosyal medyada hatırı sayılır bir takipçi kitlesine ulaşan Deniz Saypınar YouTube üzerinde de boy göstermekte ve çeşitli YouTuberler ile birlikte videoları mevcuttur. Arabalara karşı da özel bir ilgisi bulunmaktadır.

Deniz Saypınar 160 cm boya ve 55 kilo vücut ağırlığına sahiptir. Kilosu yarışma dönemlerinde farklılık gösterebilir. Yağ oranı ise yılın büyük bir bölümünde tek haneli seviyelerdedir.

TALA RATES/REFUSE FEES FOR 2018 & LOCAL IMMOVABLE PROPERTY TAX

Regarding the charge for rates and refuse fees in Tala, please note that it is now possible to pay the amount due by JCC https://www.jccsmart.com/account/log-on

The facility to pay on JCC Smart is now open for residents to settle their accounts [in addition to water bills which were added some time ago].   The account reference you should use is the 15 digit number shown under Account No on your bill - but omit the dashes.

If you pay your rates by direct debit or standing order and wish to change your payment method, please ensure that you contact Tala Council office so that the direct debit/standing order can be cancelled - it is possible that a request for payment has already been sent to your bank so it may be better to wait until this payment has cleared and then change the payment method, if you wish, at a later date.


Regarding Local immovable property tax - payable once you have your title deeds - this tax is payable to Tala Council and has to be settled at the office of Tala Council.   

No reminders are issued for this tax.  It is hoped that this tax will be payable also on JCC Smart in 2019.   

If you have acquired your title deeds in the last 12 months and this is the first time you are paying the tax, please take your title deeds with you when you go to the Council office as this will assist the staff in tracing your account.   If you have paid this tax in the past, it is helpful if you can take a previous receipt with you when you go into the office to pay!

WANTED BY THE POLICE - 17 September 2018

Police seek HUSSAIN HAJALEH, 19 years old from Syria, to facilitate investigations, on an alleged case of arson, home burglary and theft, the offenses committed on 12/9/2018 in Nicosia. 

Anyone who knows anything that can help locate him / her, can contact Nicosia at 22802222, or at the nearest Police Station, or the Citizen's Contact Line at number 1460 or online via the "Crime Class" in his application Police of Cyprus.

The police wanted Michael Stampolidis, 29 years old, from Georgia, to facilitate investigations concerning the case investigated residential burglary and theft, committed on September 10, 2018 in Limassol.  

Anyone who knows anything that can help in identifying them, can contact the TAE of Limassol at 25805057 or with the nearest Police Station, or with the Citizen's Contact Line at 1460. 

 

The police are looking for Christos Karakoutas, 24, from Nicosia, to facilitate investigations, on an alleged case involving a fraudulent credit credited between Lviv, September 8-11, 2018, in Larnaca.   

The 24-year-old is described as a strong physique, height 1.85m. with black curly hair up to the shoulders.

POLICE CAMPAIGN RE USE OF MOBILE PHONES & OTHER OBJECTS WHILST DRIVING 17-23 September

Police continue efforts to prevent and reduce serious and fatal road crashes by conducting a pan-Cypriot campaign to tackle the phenomenon of mobile phone use or other objects while driving, starting tomorrow Monday and lasting until Sunday (17- September 23, 2018).

For the first time, the campaign to tackle this offense will also be carried out in other European countries participating in the TISPOL European Police Traffic Network, under the heading 'focus on the road'.     

 
Driving without free hands, usually due to the use of a mobile phone, results in distracting the driver's attention. At the international level, the driver's attention is among the most important factors that greatly contribute to increasing the likelihood of engaging in a car crash.

Contemplated research at European level shows that between 10-30% of all road conflicts has the effect of diverting the attention of the drivers involved.

DAM LEVELS EXTREMELY LOW DESPITE RECENT RAINFALL

Sceneries of drought even in mountain areas are forming all over Cyprus due to the extended summer, Phileleftheros reports.

According to the Water Development Department, dam fullness levels in Cyprus are at 14,8%.

Despite the early September rainfall, fullness levels in Cypriot dams are lower than last year’s 18,5%.

43.118 million cubic meters of water are stored in dams, compared to last year’s 54,052 million cubic meters.

The Kalopanayiotis dam has the highest storage level with 50.4% fullness, while the lowest is at Germasogeia with 3.7%.

Kalopanayiotis was the dam with the highest storage last year as well, with 49.6%.

Vyzakia dam was the one with the lowest storage level with 5,2% fullness.

Recent rainfall will not cause any change to storage levels in the dams, Phileleftheros reported, because all the water will be absorbed by the land which is thirsty due to the extended summer.

For information - a notice has this morning been displayed on the door advising that the Co-Op Bank in Tala will close on 15 October.

It is not known at this stage if Hellenic will take over the branch and/or ATM or if this means the end of a local banking facility.   If any more information is forthcoming, you will be advised!
