I think hosting the winter Olympics 2010 has boosted Vancouver in tourism industry once again. This popular city on Canada has topped the ranks for most liveable city in the world. Calculated on the basis of stability, health care, culture and environment, education, and infrastructure Vancouver get the number one spot by scoring 98%.
