1. Taco Salad

3. Anything with SPICES (ie. Mexican food)
4. Anything with any flavor at all!!
All this I have learned from experience. Yet, somehow I keep forgetting. I go to lunch and it is sooooo good...and then I go running 5 hours later and I regret having a nice burrito for lunch. So, on the day of the race, I shall eat...something very plain!!!
So, Lucy and Gma are going to be there to cheer us on. Now we really can't flake, I guess.

It shouldn’t come as a big surprise to anybody that you are burning more energy when you are standing than when you are sitting, more energy when you are walking than when you are standing and more energy when you are running than when you are walking. That is just common sense.
When you begin your ‘eating healthier’ plan, you really need to include an exercise plan to go along with it. You can only eat just so many fewer calories than you burn each day and exercise allows you to burn more for the time you are exercising plus increase your metabolic rate for several hours after you are through exercising. In addition, vigorous physical exercise causes our brains to produce dandy little hormones called endorphins that lift our moods and make us feel happier.
The one exercise that most people can do and not need any special equipment of place to do it is simply walking. Walking at a brisk pace will just naturally burn more calories during the time that you walk but even walking at a moderate pace serves to burn calories and increases the metabolic rate.
That after dinner walk around the block is better than no walk at all. Any exercise program that you begin should, of course, be approved by your doctor. It isn’t wise to begin to exercise after years of being sedentary without first being pronounced fit enough to do so.
All exercise programs need to be started slowly and increased gradually to prevent physical harm or even just muscles that are so sore that you have to skip the exercise altogether.
Exercising with a partner is preferable to exercising along. Get your significant other or your best friend to join you in a walk during lunch or after your evening meal.
Conclusion: Reduced food intake and increased exercise cause weight loss.

Koh Tao: Thailand's Paradise For Divers
Koh Tao is a small island located in the southern coast of Thailand. A place that offers tourists a taste of paradise coupled with colorful coral reefs in clear warm waters, shining bright palm-fringed beaches and relaxing resorts, Koh Tao is considered as a “paradise” for divers. Koh Tao is well-known and famous for its scuba diving and snorkeling, and it also offers some hiking for visitors as well.
Among the exotic beaches that Koh Tao offers to divers are the following:
- Sairee Beach - a white, sandy beach that stretches 1.7 kilometers over the majority of the west coast, only broken by few huge boulders in the area. As it is considered as the most popular place in Koh Tao, it offers tourists good accommodation, diving centers, beach bars, restaurants, and many more.
- Chalok Baan Kao - a beach located in the southern coast, it is smaller compared to Sairee, yet it still offers visitors a wide variety of accommodation, restaurants and also nightlife. It is beautifully shaped by the Taa Toh Lagoon located in the east and Saan Jao Beach in the west.
- Hin Wong Bay - a bay located in the north-east coast, it is rich with intact coral reefs. In here, visitors will find 4 small hillside resorts and also the Hin Wong Divers, a diving school.
- Mae Haad Beach - a beach that's home to some nice sun bathing spots and resorts. It has very shallow waters, ideal for kids. It is a good place for snorkeling where you can see lots of tropical fishes. This is where government office, post offices, money exchange, health centers and dive centers are located.
Dive sites in Koh Tao include the Red Rock (Shark Island), Mango Bay, White Rock, Nang Yuan Pinnacle, Green Rock, Chumphon Pinnacle and Sail Rock.
