After completing M.SC (computers), Krishna (Ravi Teja) wanders around Vijaywada city without any job and falls in love with Sandhya (Trisha) at first sight. Sandhya avoids Krishna initially but soon develops soft corner towards him. She is sister of a builder in Hyderabad (Shayaji Shinde) but she lives with her cousin Bobby (Brahmanandam) in Vijayawada. Now the drama shifts to Hyderabad. Krishna comes to Hyderabad when Sandhya shifts there. A rowdy called Jatka (Mukul Dev) vows that he would marry Sandhya only.
