This is another superlative performance and performer we have tonight. Barun Sobti as the helpless Arnav (Not ASR) today was phenomenal. Today Arnav has everything he could ever wish for Money, Power, Position, a caring and loving wife, a family that loves and supports him everything yet the past keeps haunting him. No matter how hard he tries he has been unable to get it out of his system. Today for the first time he breaks the news in front of Khushi. He tells her that his mother committed suicide when he was just 14,. He holds himself together without letting the truth break him, shatter him into pieces for the fear of being unable to put himself back together. This was Arnav Singh Raizada and not the 14 year old Arnav. He cannot afford to breakdown. Never! As i mentioned above Barun was phenomenal today….His eyes, his gestures, his body language everything spoke volumes. The way he said " Main 14 Saal Ka Tha, Jab Meri Maa Ne Suicide Ki " cold and completely unmoved but the eyes that reflected the pain those words, the memories it brought back was flawless.
