Let's Get Fit and Fabulous with a Quest Bar Giveaway!

Quest Bars have been an essential part of my weight loss. I post about them all of the time - they are always included on my weekly nutrition and training plan. You guys have asked me a lot of questions about them; what are my favorite flavors, why do I like them so much, where do I buy them, etc. Thus Quest Nutrition and I have teamed up to giveaway 3 of their sample boxes! Included in the boxes are ALL 16 flavors you to try. Plus there will be three different winners! 

There are a lot of reasons why I love and promote Quest Bars so much. A lot of protein bars on the market are not healthier than candy bars. That may sound crazy, but it is very true. If you compare the nutrition facts from a candy bar to some of the protein bars on the market; they are literally almost the exact same. In some cases, I have seen the protein bar containing ever more sugar. After comparing nutrition, I found Quest Bars to be one of the top healthiest and cleanest choices out there. Plus I could not believe how delicious they were. Quest Nutrition really made a name for themselves in the fitness world when they created their protein bars. All of the protein bars contain 19-21 grams of protein; which is perfect for fullness. They are less than 200 calories each and contain a good source of fiber. Not to mention barely 1g of sugar. Furthermore for a person like me, they help cut down on my sweet cravings. These taste like you are having a treat everyday, so it significantly cuts down my cravings to indulge on bad foods.
