CİNSELLİK DÜŞMANI YİYECEKLER NELERDİR

Cinsel gücü arttıran birçok meyve sebze ve bitki bulunmaktadır ve hep bunlardan söz edildiğinden herkes az çok bunlar hakkınde birşeyler duymuştur,ya peki cinsel gücü ters yönde etkileyip azaltan yiyecekler yokmu?Hemen cevaplayalım tabiki var işte bu cinsel gucu azaltan yiyecekleri sizin için sıraladık.

1. Cin tonik

Toniğe tadını veren ‘kinin’ maddesinin, testosteron hormonunu düşürücü etkisi olduğu bilinmekte. Diğer taraftan alkolün fazla tüketiminin cinsel yaşama etkisi ise başka bir gerçek. İşte bu iki maddenin bir araya gelmesi, libidonuzun baş düşmanı cin toniği ortaya çıkarmakta.

2. Soya fasulyesi

Doğulu rahipler soyayı oldukça çok tüketirlerdi çünkü soya fasulyesinin cinsel dürtüleri azaltacağına inanırlardı. Bir başka bilinmesi faydalı olacak bilgiyse, en büyük soya fasulye üreticisi firmanın yine John Harvey Kellog tarafından kurulmuş olması.

3. Güherçile

Güherçile, potasyum nitratın halk arasında bilinen ismi ve barut yapımında en fazla kullanılan madde. Potasyum nitratın kas gevşetici ve saldırganlığı azaltıcı bir özelliği bulunması çoğu insanın onu anafrodizyak bir madde olarak bilmesine sebep oluyor.

5. Nane

Çok fazla nane tüketimi libidonuz için kötü olabilir. Mentol içeren nane testosteron oranın azalmasına ya da bilindiği gibi vücudun soğumasına sebep oluyor.

5. Kişniş

Doğulu din adamları cinsel dürtüleri yatıştırdığı inancıyla bol bol kişniş yerlerdi. Kişnişin tam aksi yönde etkileri olduğu da iddia ediliyor. Ama siz yine de çok fazla tüketmemeye özen gösterin.

6. Mısır unu krakeri (Graham cracker)

1820’lerde yaşayan Papaz Sylvester Graham kendince herkesin sekse neden bu kadar düşkün olduğunu sorguladı. Bu soruya bulduğu cevap da ‘et tüketimi’ oldu. Graham insanların et yemelerini azaltmak için böyle bir bisküvi üretmeye başladı.

7. Bamya

Bamya sakinleştici özelliği sebebiyle ruh haliniz için faydalı olabilir ama fiziksel etkileri için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyiz. Cinselliğinizi düşünüyorsanız bamyadan uzun durun.

8. Meyan kökü

Az miktarda tüketildiğinde bir yan etkisi görülmese de çok miktarda yenilen kara meyan kökü libidonuzun düşmesine neden olabilir. Neyse ki tadı hoş olmadığından fazla miktarda tüketmeniz pek mümkün değil.

9. Ton balığı

Bilimsel bir gerekçesi olmasa da ton balığının cinsel isteksizliğe neden olduğu düşünülüyor. Bunun nedeniyse tatsız-tutsuz olması ve kokusunun bizi cezbetmemesi olabilir.

On my travels I have used the toilet in a lot of strange places. Each place has it’s own toilet system, flush system and wiping system. I am here to let you know, because I am sure you have been wondering: How do these systems work?

Let’s start with a basic one, the western toilet with a flush. If you are lucky, you may get one of these. However, in most countries, I would say pretty much all, you are not supposed to flush the toilet paper in the toilet. So, that is the most simple toilet system that is different from ours. However, you may not be able to find the flush, as sometimes it is a push down, sometimes it is a pull up, sometimes on top of the tank, sometimes on the side, sometimes a chain you have to pull down, and sometimes a pedal you push with your foot. These can be found throughout the world in nicer establishments.

Thailand/Laos/Cambodia:

- Mostly these are western but sometimes they are squat toilets. Generally there is no toilet paper given and if you wonder why, it’s because they don’t always use it. Next to the toilet you will usually find a sprayer, like the kind you have on your kitchen sink to wash it down with. You use that to spray whatever parts you may need to spray. To be honest, after a “number 1”, this is not a bad way to go if you don’t mind being a tad damp afterwards. I am not sure I am ready to use this system for anything more serious than a number 1 though.

- Many toilets in these countries do not have a typical flush system. Instead they have a bucket. One is big and full of water. The other is small and sometimes has a little handle. You use the little bucket to scoop water out of the big bucket and then you throw the pail-full of water into the toilet. This works fine for numero uno, but sometimes with it‘s big bad cousin you have to keep pouring bucket after bucket after bucket…

India:

Generally in India, they have squat toilets. Sometimes they have flushes, but usually they have a bucket system like Thailand. What I learned in India was how to wipe using this system. Basically after doing your business, you use the small bucket. You fill it up and splash your nether regions with water, using your hand (the left one -- always!) to wipe yourself. Yup. Your hand. Then you use the bucket to “wash” your hand. And this folks is why Indians (and Arabs) only eat (and shake hands) with their right hand.

By the way, I always carry toilet paper. And I probably freaked out many Indians by eating with both hands!!

China:

China varies…a lot. In one case, the toilets were just 4 holes in the ground next to each other. I also experienced a trough system, where all the stalls have a connecting trough where you leave your contributions. This would not be too bad except that it doesn’t have a slant, so whatever you contribute just stays where it is.

The funniest is the western toilets that have been stood upon. Used to squat toilets, some people actually climb up on the western toilet and squat on the lid in order to use the bathroom. You can tell by the footprints on the toilet lid.

The best toilet EVER was a massaging, heated toilet that squirts air, water or deodorant right in your rear. Its like a toy. It has all these buttons; you just can’t help but push them. I mean…HEATED SEAT?!!!

I am sure there will be many more strange toilets in my future. I have to talk about it because it is just such a main part of everyday life. Every day a new toilet to investigate. A new way to flush. A new way to wipe.

The Laem Sor Pagoda

The pagoda is located on the grounds of Laem Sor Temple at Samui island, Thailand. It sits magnificently at the rocks on the water's edge. It is covered in countless small yellow tiles, which appear golden when viewed from a short distance. Samui Island

Samui Island or Ko Samui is the largest of a group of nearly 100 tropical islands in the Gulf of Thailand along the east coast of Surat Thani Province. These islands are known as the Samui archipelago. The most phenomenally famous tourist destinations, attracting a wide range of visitors from all over the world, are the three largest islands: Samui, Phangan, and Tao. Long sandy beaches, green mountainous interiors, colorful coral reefs, a warm tropical climate and an easy-going people with a ready smile clearly define Samui's appeal.

Some 1,500 years ago Samui was probably first inhabited by fishermen using the island as a base to fish its rich waters. The island was first officially recorded on a Ming Dynasty map from China in approximately 1,500 AD. Many immigrants from Hunan have settled in the northern villages of Nathon and Maenam. Muslim fishermen settled in the South and East and Huan Thanon is still a strong Muslim enclave. During the 17th to 18th centuries the islands came under the rule of Nakhon Si Thammarat which at that time was the main power in southern Thailand. Eventually it came under the direct rule of the Siamese from Bangkok in the late 18th century, but Samui and other islands have always been essentially self-governing. By the end of the 19th century, the remote communities had been established and word of the beautiful islands in the Gulf of Thailand was already seeping through to the greater Thai country. After the Second World War, Thailand became more economically sophisticated and natural products such as timber, rubber and fruit became tradable commodities. These fertile islands were important for the plantations of coconuts which began to assume economic value to the country. Then the backpackers arrived and gradually tourism began to dominate the island economically and socially.

Ko Samui, the third largest island of Thailand and thelargest in the southeast in the Gulf of Thailand, is surrounded with almost a hundred islands. The main islands, which are all near Samui Island and are inhabited, are Phangan, Tao and Tan Islands. Samui Island is 247 sq km It is full of tropical jungle and mountains up to 600 m high and is covered by almost 3 million coconut trees, some over 160 years old and 35 m tall.
